grant rounds by the end of 2023 to help California farmers increase their water use efficiency.<\/p><p>The State Water Efficiency and Enhancement Program (SWEEP) provides financial assistance in the form of grants (<strong>Up to $200,000 per farming entity)<\/strong>\u00a0to implement irrigation systems that reduce greenhouse gases and save water on California agricultural operations.<\/p><p>Over the years, Hortau has helped many farm operations obtain funding, we know the process and are here to help!\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Eligible projects include the following:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>*Converting from flood irrigation to drip<\/p><p>*Installation of a variable frequency drive (VFD)\u00a0<\/p><p>*Irrigation management using soil moisture monitoring<\/p><p>*Irrigation automation<\/p><p>*Converting from diesel to electric pumps<\/p><p>Hortau offer&#8217;s real time soil moisture monitoring, irrigation automation, flow meter, well depth
